This extra virgin olive oil is the resulting blend of three award-winning types of olives: Arbequina, Picual and Hojiblanca. Because of this, it belongs to the category of top quality extra virgin olive oils.

The level of oleic acid is in the range of 0.1-0.4%, and the peroxide index is 5.6. These are indicators that this oil is extremely pure, obtained only mechanically by first filtration on a temperature that doesn’t go over 20-28°C

The award- winning olive oil, „Valle de Ricote“, is characterized by its important and specific gegraphical origin-Southern Spain, Murcia.

This unique press was established in 2009 and it belongs to the company of a spanish family Guillen, who have more then 60 years of experience in this brench of food industry. The factory has high technology equipment for the processes of cleaning, washing, grounding and for the laboratorie where the finished product is tested.
