The Tartufata, Salsa tartufata or truffle sauce is one of the truffle products well-known, loved, used, in the world. Ready to use condiment made of mushrooms champignons (Agaricus Bisporus) and summer truffles (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.). You can use it for your starters, spreading it on crostini, bruschetta or using it as a filling. You can also use it for your pasta, rice or meat dishes, as well as, for your omelettes.
